Welcome!

This demonstration version of CBE's Occupant Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) Survey is fully functional, and includes the core survey topics (optional modules are also available). This survey contains three background and eight primary screens. When you fill out "dissatisfied" responses, the survey often asks follow-up questions, to determine the cause of your dissatisfaction. The CBE team greatly appreciates your interest in our survey. If you would like to implement the survey at your organization, or simply wish to offer comments, please e-mail us.

System Requirements. You will need to use a version 4.0 or later edition of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you have an older version, click to download the current version of Navigator or Internet Explorer.
